  1. Survey

    Survey & moisture test

    We read slab moisture and hardness before we recommend a system, not after it fails.

  2. Prep

    Diamond grinding

    Planetary grinders open the concrete to a proper profile. Dust goes straight into a HEPA extractor, not your house.

  3. Repair

    Cracks & joints

    Every crack is chased, filled with rigid epoxy mortar and ground flush so it can't telegraph through.

  4. The pour

    Prime, then flood the floor

    Body coat mixed in small batches, pulled with notched squeegees and back-rolled on spiked rollers to release trapped air.

  5. Seal

    Topcoat

    UV-stable polyaspartic seals everything in. Anti-slip grit goes wherever feet get wet.

    Walk on it

    Light foot traffic after 24 hours. Park the car after 72. We hand over care notes and the warranty on the day.
